God has a way of turning something forgotten into something meaningful.
I found this old crate sitting in my parents’ barn and felt led to bring it back to life. It didn’t have a lid and the bottom wasn’t strong, so I rebuilt it, added a top, torched it, stained it, and carved the “C” with a rotary tool—learning as I go, no stencil, just trusting the process.
What started as a late-night idea turned into something special for my mom. A reminder that even the worn and overlooked can be restored with a little time, effort, and purpose.
Grateful for my wife helping me along the way—none of this happens alone.
“Behold, I make all things new.”
