Job description
KG Landscape Management is an established snow removal, landscape design/build, and lawn care company located in Blaine, MN. We are looking for dependable, detail oriented people to fill our open sidewalk crew member positions. Sidewalk crew members work as a team to clear snow from sidewalks using snow blowers and shovels and ride in a company truck to and from job sites.
Whether you’d like to work every snow event, or would like to be on-call for events that work with your schedule, we would like to talk with you. Most of our snow removal routes are about 8-12 hours long and may begin anytime during the day, but most often begin in the evening and run overnight. We staff 30+ landscaping employees April 1 through November 15 and give preference to our winter employees for open landscaping positions, so there is plenty of opportunity for full time work in the spring, summer, and fall. We are an honest and growing company looking for hardworking people that care about providing great service.
About the Job:
Sidewalk crew members work as a team to clear snow from sidewalks using snow blowers and shovels and ride in a company truck to and from job sites. No nonsense, this position is paid every two weeks, employees meeting at our shop and using our plow trucks and equipment. Employees are paid while driving to sites, while working on site, and back from job sites. Snow removal employees are given a tablet to use during events with detailed maps, instructions for each site, and a clear route plan. Sidewalk shovelers are on-call positions, when it snows. Text updates are sent out roughly 36, 24, and 12 hours prior to snow events to let everyone know what the game plan is. All applicants must have a cell phone and reliable transportation to our shop in Blaine. We provide transportation to each job site from our shop. Snow removal experience is preferred, but not required. All standard w-2 employees, no 1099 contractors.

-Clean Valid DL needed for Crew Leader position
-2 yrs experience preferred
Crew Member:
- No DL necessary for Crew Member position
