This building had some severe air infiltration issues causing multiple cold spots throughout. We came in and sprayed all the structural beams and head of exterior walls where the exterior walls meet the roof deck to seal up the building. By spraying the beams we created a thermal break between the exterior and interior. And by sealing all the flutes of the roof deck we created an air seal keeping cold air from traveling onto the building. You can see they were wide open with zero insulation.

This house left no stones unturned when it came to insulation. 4” closed cell sprayfoam on all exterior walls, and 5.5” closed cell sprayfoam on the entire roof assembly for a full encapsulation and air seal! This will be an extremely efficient house!

New ice cream parlor coming soon at the Nelson produce farm! We did 2” closed cell with r-13 batts on the exterior walls and put r-38 fiberglass batts in the ceiling of this new addition to the farm.

On this house 2” closed cell sprayfoam with r-15 net and blown fiberglass at all exterior walls of this house. We also added 1” closed cell sprayfoam to the entire attic floor and topped with r-49 blow in to have a completely air sealed attic assembly!

A local company was in a pinch and needed some help and we were more than happy to help keep them going. I’m super thankful they had reached out and we could help with this and made sure to do this job with the same quality we strive for on our jobs. Their crew and our crew worked alongside of each other and were a great group of guys. It’s all about lifting each other up and I will definitely reach out when we need the extra help.

Another house we did right here in Blair. Exterior walls we did a r-23 net and blown fiberglass. Vaulted ceilings recieved r-38 batts. And the flat ceilings we did r50 blown fiberglass after drywall. As always we sprayfoam the rimjoist and eves on this project to keep those drafty areas sealed up but didn’t get pictures.
