Hiring: Snow Plow Operators
( CB Landscapes & Excavating ) is seeking motivated Snow Plow Operators and labors to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a critical member of our crew, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from commercial properties, ensuring safe and accessible conditions for our clients and the community.
Responsibilities:
Operate snowplows, wheel loaders, skidsteers and other equipment to clear snow from designated routes, parking lots, and sidewalks.
Apply salt, or other de-icing materials as needed.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work long, irregular hours during snow and ice events.
Proficiency in operating a snowplow truck.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous snow removal experience is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage.
Seasonal, temporary position or can lead to full time employment.
