Curious about the insulation process? 👀

Before sheetrock ever goes up, we go through and inspect every part of the home to make sure it’s sealed, insulated properly, and ready for the next phase.

From spray foam insulation to sealing around windows and filling every gap, the goal is to make sure the home is protected, energy efficient, and built the right way from the inside out. Once everything is filled, it’s shaved down flush so the finished walls look clean and smooth when sheetrock is installed.

A lot of the most important work in a home happens before the finishes ever go in, and that’s why we pay close attention to every step along the way.

Ground plumbing and safe room footings have officially passed inspection 🥳 While that may not be the flashy part of building your home, it’s one of the most important.

Before the sand gets packed and the slab goes down, we take the time to double check every plumbing location and detail now… so homeowners don’t end up dealing with expensive fixes later.

That’s the kind of thing that gives our clients peace of mind throughout the process. We believe the work behind the walls and under the slab matters just as much as the finished home everyone sees at the end.
