Experiential Knowledge Paves the Way for Success:

After 43 years in business, I’m still learning—and grateful for every opportunity to grow.

Humbled to have a seat at the table with 340 real estate and construction thought leaders from around the world at the YPO Global Real Estate Network Roundtable in Beverly Hills.

I’m here to learn from their experience, explore emerging opportunities and challenges, and bring insights home to help Schlouch navigate the future and build safer, stronger, better communities.

Experiences like this help us stay ahead, better serve our clients, and keep Schlouch the Pennsylvania sitework contractor of choice.
Of course, I’m also making the case for Pennsylvania as the place to invest, live, raise a family, and help our communities thrive!

Schlouch was proud to welcome Civil Engineering Construction Technology students from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology (TSCT) for a facility tour and hands-on learning. We shared how we market our services, win work, manage projects, and deliver safe, quality results on time.

TSCT offers 25 trades and prepares more than 500 graduates each year to put their skills to work. These students are hungry to learn, eager to contribute, and ready to help build a safer, stronger, better world.

Proud to serve on TSCT’s Board of Trustees—and grateful to our Schlouch team for helping turn classroom lessons into real-world possibilities.
