Welcome to another edition of Floor Plan Friday!

Today we bring you the "Goetz River Farms" plan. This timber frame home design features 2,454 square feet on the main living level and an additional 2,454 square feet in a finished basement. A large 1,200 SF garage connects to the house through a mudroom for optimum streamlined living.

With a large, timbered great room open to the kitchen and dining spaces, this home is great for entertaining. A spacious master suite sits opposite a guest bedroom and bath at the other end of the home.

Great article in the Blissfield Advance on The Beauty Bungalow. This was a tough rehab on a building that was incredibly out of level. Still is but doesn’t feel like mystery hill anymore. A special thanks to all of the inspectors that could’ve made this impossible but went with common sense instead 🙏.

This Florida timber frame project will never be forgotten. Not only did it take our skill set and confidence to the next level, it brought our crew together. We lived in deer blinds, and shipping containers while on site. I believe we were there for 8 weeks total building the structure, drying it in and then roofing it. Owner is a structural engineer, that just went through hurricane Michael, not one fastener or detail was unaccounted for. Hard to believe, but the photo doesn’t do it justice.
