You never know what you’ll uncover when reroofing a condo complex built in the 1970s. 👀

During this project we discovered two disconnected furnace exhaust vents hidden inside the walls near the eaves — both venting soot directly into separate attic spaces. 💨 We also found that the building lacked fire-treated plywood between units, something that’s required by today’s fire codes.

We’re correcting all of it and bringing the building fully up to current code — safely and properly.
