Installed this Allstyle ( broadair) 4 ton ( 410-a ) dry charged condensing unit way out in the sticks yesterday just right before dark. The old unit had an unrepairable leak in the condenser coil and because of that the system ran low on refrigerant and caused the compressor to run high amps because it was not designated with the high pressure switch or low pressure switch for that matter. So it took the compressor out as well. So along with the current home owner and the realtor (Mossy Oak properties) we all decided that a new outdoor unit will be the best bet especially if someone is taking over this property soon and then they don't have any headaches or things to worry about when moving in . Thanks to the unnamed home owners and the realtor Carter Roth for you business!

Here's a change out I finished up for Toby and Leah Ann Rodgers in Advance yesterday. We removed the old Lennox equipment and we went back with a 4 ton Comfortmaker 96% high efficiency gas furnace with matching evaporator coil and condensing unit. Not only did they upgrade to more efficient equipment but also gives them peace of mind knowing they are backed by a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer that if a problem should arise, it will be taken care of. I would personally like to say thank you again to Toby and Leah Ann for their business.

We finished up this new construction rough in today at the lake. We installed a Comfortmaker 4 ton heat pump package unit system and custom duct work. Turned out to be a pretty good little project.
