A bathroom renovated just 5–6 years ago shouldn’t already need another remodel 👀

But when the work underneath isn’t done correctly, even a beautiful finish won’t last.

Loose tile, a leaking shower, and hidden damage meant this bathroom needed more than a cosmetic update. So this time, we’re rebuilding it with the right preparation — and transforming it into a fully enclosed steam shower designed for everyday comfort.

Because a great renovation should do both: look beautiful and be built to last 🤍

Hardwood floors are more than just a beautiful choice — they’re an investment in your home.

With the right materials and proper installation, hardwood is built to handle everyday life and last for decades. And unlike many flooring options, it can be refinished over time instead of completely replaced.

Quality you can see. Durability you can count on. And a look that only gets better with time 🤍

We didn’t just update this bathroom. We rethought how it works 👀

The bathtub wasn’t being used, while the shower was part of the homeowners’ everyday routine. So instead of keeping the same layout and simply giving it a new look, we changed the priorities.

The unused tub made way for a spacious walk-in shower, additional storage, and a more open feel.

From the full-length illuminated niche and layered lighting to the mix of tile scales, warm wood, and gold details — every choice was made to make the bathroom work better and feel better.

And it all started with a plan.

Can you live in your home during a renovation?
Absolutely — with the right preparation 🏡

When moving out isn’t an option, protecting surfaces, separating construction zones, and carefully organizing the work can make a big difference.

The goal is simple: keep the renovation moving while minimizing disruption to everyday life 🤍

Sometimes, less really is more 🤍

Clean lines, beautiful large-format tile, and a simple design that lets the material do all the talking.

We love how the natural movement in the tile turns this fireplace into a statement — while still keeping the entire space feeling clean, modern, and minimal ✨

Small bathroom. A lot of personality ✨

This space proves you don’t need a large footprint to create something special.

The tile brings beautiful shade variation, while the checkerboard floor adds contrast and a little playfulness. We carried the same custom stone across the countertop, shower niche shelf, and window surround — tying the entire design together.

Ch*****ne bronze fixtures add warmth, while a smart toilet, built-in shower niche, and both a showerhead and handheld shower make sure the space works just as well as it looks 🤍

Thoughtful details, smart functionality, and plenty of character — all in one compact bathroom.

One wall. Three different finishes. One completely new look ✨

For this nursery, we combined decorative plaster, custom molding, and wallpaper to create an accent wall with texture, depth, and character while keeping the design cohesive

And what makes this project even better? These are returning clients who trusted us with their home once again 🤍

This time, we got to create a space for a very special new chapter in their lives 🥹
