Large format tile is still one of our favorite choices 👀

Why?
▫️ Fewer grout lines
▫️ Cleaner overall look
▫️ Makes the space feel bigger
▫️ Feels more modern and seamless ✨

It works especially well in bathrooms, kitchens, and open spaces where you want that calm, clean feel

And honestly… it just gives projects a much more elevated look 👌🏻

This bathroom is proof that bold colors can still feel elegant 👀💙

Vertical subway tile, gold fixtures, mosaic floor tile, warm wood vanity, wall sconces, full-length niche ✨
And instead of regular paint, we went with limewash for a softer, more textured feel

Everything was combined to give this bathroom more character while still keeping it calm and cohesive 👌🏻

Don’t be afraid of color. When it’s done right, it can make a space feel even more luxurious

Stairs are one of the most used parts of any home 👀
That’s why material choice really matters here

For this project, we recommended hardwood stair treads instead of continuing the LVP flooring onto the stairs 👌🏻
They’re more durable for a high-traffic area and give the space a cleaner, more solid feel overall ✨
