The APA is helping MN home owners. Currently, we have several home owners being told to fix damaged siding by reusing old siding or reuse current damaged shingles. As well as being asked to deceive the home owner by increasing our payments for repairs and not items that would be paid directly to the home owner. Don't go this alone! Having a general contractor that follows the MN building requirements is part of your defense.

To handle the additional work load our company anticipates, we need 2-3 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team of change advocates and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates and storm damage inspections.

Qualifications
Must be comfortable with one-one conversations
Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof
Independent nature, self-disciple, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)

Responsibility & duties of the position
inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process
