This is a project we recently completed upstairs and down. We installed vinyl plank in basement and new treads on downstairs plus a new handrail to match.

In the upstairs we ripped out the ceramic tile and engineered wood and replaced all Foyer, living, kitchen, bathroom, office and laundry room with a random width unfinished 3/4” solid Red oak hardwood . We stained it with a custom blend ( natural with a hint of gray and white) and a satin sheen.

As you can see we took this home from the early 2000’s to 2024.

A job we recently did in Heyworth. The client had original Bruce prefinished hardwood floors from 1997 that were severely sun faded and worn. They wanted to add new unfinished flooring In living room (where carpet was)and master bedroom and refinish all to match. They went with a Golden oak stain and satin sheen. Attached is a few photos. Job was done in 5 days.

A random width plank red oak floor we refinished in one day in Clinton yesterday. it was stained natural with a satin sheen.

Some photos of 2 different floors we refinished in Bloomington this week. One in Eagle View South, the other at the Den at Fox Creek.

Both are exotic South American hardwood. Brazilian cherry and Jabota. Both were finished with a satin sheen. I am hoping both clients comment on their floors

Before & After of a 5” Jabota exotic hardwood floor we refinished in Bloomington this week. The client wanted to soften the orange and fix the sun fade, wear, and dog scratches in the floor.

3” oak floor that was a golden oak color and clients wanted a updated look. We refinished with a gray/neutral stain mix and reduced the sheen down from semi gloss to satin.
