We got a call from a homeowner whose sewer was backing up into the house — even after it had been snaked just a couple months ago.

After locating and excavating the line, we found the problem:
✔️ Old clay tile pipe
✔️ Cracked and leaking
✔️ Full of buildup and debris

Snaking can be a temporary fix, but when the pipe itself is failing, it’s only a matter of time before the problem comes back.

We removed the damaged section and installed a new 4” line with a clean-out for easy access in the future. 💪
