This holiday season, our team was proud to take part in the Helping Hands with J + J flooring event by decorating Christmas trees for children and families in need. 🎄❤️

It was a joyful and meaningful experience-filled with creativity, teamwork, and the true spirit of the season. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and help bring a little holiday cheer to families in our community.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Alex Ormsby!

Alex is a Project Coordinator specializing in healthcare, and he has been part of FUSION AE for 4 years. He supports projects through every phase - from concept and design through construction - coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure the best outcomes. He also contributes his photography talents to capture completed project imagery for our team.

His favorite part of the job is taking on new challenges with each unique project. His favorite project so far? Valley Surgery Center.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, photography, video games, working on cars, gardening, and home renovation. Fun fact: He’s SCUBA certified! His bucket list includes visiting all seven continents.

Favorite quote: “Creative people need time to sit around and do nothing.”

We’re excited to share our latest project: Park Dental Plymouth West!

Our team partnered with Park Dental and worked alongside Fendler Patterson Construction to transform an existing clinic space into something fresh and modern. This project reused many of the original rooms, incorporated existing decorative glass as unique art features, and stepped outside of Park Dental’s standard finishes to create something truly special.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life! Located right here in Plymouth, this updated space is ready to welcome patients with comfort and style.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Devin Krugerud!

Devin is a Project Manager in Architecture with a focus on Healthcare, and he’s been part of FUSION AE for 9 years. He leads projects from a client’s first idea all the way to a completed building-handling design sketches, material selections, code analysis, drawing review, and site visits along the way.

His favorite part of the job is discovering where small, meaningful design details can shine within large-scale projects. His favorite project so far: TCO Brooklyn Park.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys shooting clay discs, gaming online with friends, and traveling internationally. Fun fact: He’s never fallen out of a tree! His bucket list includes one mission: I will find David.

We’re excited to share our latest project with Olsen Thielen CPAs in Roseville, MN! 🎉

After completing their Eden Prairie location, our team at FUSION AE brought that same modern, connected feel to their Roseville office.

✨ Project Highlights:
• A two-story lobby with acoustic lighting at varying heights
• A welcoming hospitality area for guests and employees
• A larger, open second-floor break room made for collaboration

We loved helping Olsen Thielen create a space that feels cohesive, comfortable, and uniquely theirs.

Our Minnesota team gathered at the beautiful Minnesota Valley Country Club for The Collective - an inspiring company-wide event focused on what’s ahead for FUSION AE in the coming year.

It was great to hear from our leadership team about exciting updates, upcoming initiatives, and the vision for 2025. The day was filled with engaging discussions, team activities, and plenty of time to connect and socialize with coworkers from across the company.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Andrew Tovsen!
Andrew is a Project Coordinator I focused on Corporate–Commercial projects at FUSION AE. After interning with us for two summers, he’s now been full-time for 1.5 years-and continues to make a big impact.

He’s passionate about creating meaningful spaces that people will experience for years to come and loves seeing projects come to life. His favorite so far? The Denali Development project-thanks to the creative freedom and incredible teamwork involved.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys golfing, snowboarding, running, gaming, and spending time with friends and family. And fun fact-his hair color is 100% natural!
