Recently it came to our attention that several communities that we maintain were nominated/awarded by the CAI-MN. In fact, 3 out of the 5 nominations are LUNSETH properties!

We care for Garden Villas at The Reserve (Winner), Coventry at Centenial Lakes (Nominee), and Wolfe Lake Condos (Nominee).

One has to surmise the beautiful landscapes at these properties were a MAJOR factor in the decision making process! Bravo to the winners!

This mornings monthly meeting was short and sweet! We celebrated Walter's 1st anniversary in the company. For his achievement, Walter gets a little cash and is added to our life insurance policy.

Mason won the award for employee of the month in August for his great communication skills, being professional and doing quality work. Mason works in our organics department and has been an awesome addition to the team this year. Well deserved!

Chris, Mason, Paul, Aaron and Jacob (not pictured) won Pizza Lucé gift cards for being the top 5 safest drivers last month. And Aaron had just the 2nd PERFECT score in company history!

Then, finally, we took a company photo! It's been a few years since we've done this so we are out of practice. Next year's will be better! :D
