Everything is turning out amazing so far on this large multi-level backyard paradise!!

+ 14ft Veneer stone fireplace - almost complete...

+ 18-step retaining wall staircase - complete
+ Two Veneer pillars at top with 4ft flames on top - complete
+ Low-voltage lighting under staircase caps and all wall caps

Picked up this custom carpentry project during my 4 month visit in downtown Seattle!

Hard to turn down a cool carpentry project & getting to work on a floating home right on the Puget Sound Bay!

The ladder almost effortlessly moves in and out, as it should... 👌

Customer gave me probably my best compliment I've ever received... "You literally pulled the idea that I couldn't vision out of my head and built it with precise detail" ❤️

Found some wicked-shaped boulders to form this dual-head waterfall!

We wanted the water to flow a little more gentle than normal on this one for that tranquil sound effect, so we went 10,000 gallons per minute split between both falls.

The bubbler rock at the other end was a nice touch as well...

This waterfall turned out even better than anticipated!!

The retention pond's water level fluctuates up to a couple feet during times of heavy rainfall, so that was necessary to factor in when deciding our bottom fall height...

Also, working with a restrictive budget for a 12ft natural-stone water feature was tricky to say the least... but the customer says we more than pulled it off!!

Once the grass grows in and surrounds this feature, it's going to look soooo good...

+ Triple waterfall with 3 diverse fall sections

+ Three pond collection areas

+ 12,000 gallons per minute

+ Minimal customer maintenance

The customer is now contemplating having us install a
patio & fireplace area right next to it... LOL

This pondless residential waterfall was definitely one of my favorite projects to build!
It was so much fun getting creative with the stones to form the shapes of this beautiful feature!

+ 3 different waterfall sections @ 5000 gallons per minute each

+ 5 total fall locations

+ 15ft river channel

+ Natural stone pathway from house & driveway

+ Natural stone bridgeway over river channel that leads to overlook landing

+ A beautiful plethora of landscaping that will grow around the feature to form its own lush ecosystem

The customer was shocked and thrilled with the results!
