🎉 DAY 365 — ONE WHOLE TRIP AROUND THE SUN! ☀️

Today is a BIG day for NextPhase.

Day 365.

That means NextPhase Construction & Cleaning has officially been in business and accepting bids for an entire year!

One year ago, we took a leap of faith and started building something we hoped would become more than just a business, something we could be proud of. Today, we can confidently say that it has become exactly that — a family, a team, and a community.

We could never put into words how grateful we are for the Greater Monroe County community. For every referral. Every introduction. Every person who shared our page. Every client who trusted us with their home and business. Every team member who showed up and gave their best.

You are the reason we are here.

And because of the incredible support we’ve received, we’ve been able to give some of that love right back to the community that has supported us. ❤️

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who has been part of the NextPhase family before we even officially got started!

Meet Jessie Glasscock, our incredible Cleaning Team Lead!

Jessie is one of those people who makes NextPhase what it is. She pours so much care into her work, her clients, and the people around her and we are beyond grateful to have had her with us from the very beginning.

What she loves about Greater Monroe County:
“One of the most special things about the Greater Monroe County is the amount of very fun outdoor things to do! There are multiple lakes, creeks, streams, and hiking trails out there to take advantage of.”

Why she loves NextPhase:
“Working at NextPhase is literally my DREAM job! My clients are amazing and I love them so much. They’re definitely the ‘why’ behind what I do. I love being able to help people in the community and improve their spaces through our cleaning services. My coworkers are awesome and the work culture here is so great.”

And a fun fact about Jessie… 👯‍♀️ SHE’S A TWIN!

Jessie and her twin sister have remained incredibly close throughout the years, and one of the sweetest parts of that bond is getting to raise their children together and continue that special relationship with the next generation.

☀️ GOOD MORNING, GREATER MONROE COUNTY! ☀️

It’s a gorgeous weekend, and we hope you’re getting out and enjoying it!

Over the last week, we’ve been taking some time to introduce you to the incredible people behind NextPhase through our employee spotlights and we’ll be continuing those throughout next week!

We truly can’t put into words how grateful we are for the people who have helped make Next Phase what it has become. The referrals, introductions, recommendations, friendships, support, and opportunities we’ve received from this community over the past year have meant more to us than you’ll ever know.

And now… we’re getting ready to celebrate something pretty incredible. 🎉

365 DAYS.
A whole year around the sun since we started taking bids and began this journey of building something we could be proud of and, more importantly, something that could give back to the community that has supported us so tremendously.

As we head into our second year, our goal is to continue building relationships, serving our communities, supporting local organizations and families, and doing incredible things right here at home. 🏡

MEET SHADOW! 👋

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Shadow, our Commercial Roofing Estimator & Project Manager, who has been part of the NextPhase team since October 2025!

Since Shadow isn’t originally from the area, one of his favorite parts of the job is getting out into the community, exploring new places, discovering local businesses, and checking out new opportunities while visiting potential job sites.

What he loves most about NextPhase is helping our clients and being part of the family atmosphere we’ve created here. We’re pretty proud of that family, too!

And when he’s not estimating roofs or managing projects, you might find Shadow in the garden! 🌱🌽

MEET MALLORY EVANS! 👋🏼

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Mallory Evans, our incredible Office Manager!
Mallory joined the Next Phase family in August 2026, and we’re so grateful to have her on our team.

For Mallory, Bloomington isn’t just home, it’s a place filled with memories and traditions.
She loves raising her son in the same hometown where she grew up, carrying on traditions and getting to watch him experience some of the same special moments she did as a child.

When asked what she loves most about being part of Next Phase, Mallory said:

“There’s so much to learn and I have awesome colleagues to help me along in the journey – it’s truly a family here and I’m grateful to be a part of all of the magic.”

And when she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, you can probably find Mallory enjoying one of her biggest passions, LIVE MUSIC! 🎶 She’s been to 50+ concerts and counting, so needless to say, she knows her way around a good show!

We’re lucky to have Mallory bringing her organization, heart, and positive energy to the NextPhase team.

🎤✨ Elvis is coming to the Boys & Girls Club!✨🎤 One Month Countdown

Join us for "An Intimate Evening with Elvis" at the One Love Event on Saturday, August 29! Enjoy an unforgettable evening filled with live Elvis entertainment, dinner and drinks, silent and live auction items, and a chance to make a difference for local Club kids.

Proceeds benefit the One Love Needs & Scholarship Fund, established by Jack and Terry Eads in honor of their sons, Jason and Brad. The fund provides scholarships for Club members pursuing post-secondary education, job training, apprenticeships, and the trades, while also helping meet immediate needs like clothing, school supplies, shoes, and personal care items.

Meet Jeremy Taylor 👋

Today, we’re proud to introduce Jeremy Taylor, our Construction Operations Director and someone who has been with NextPhase from the very beginning.

Jeremy has played a huge part in helping build not only our company, but also the relationships, projects, and community connections that make NextPhase what it is today.

When asked what he loves most about his work, Jeremy shared that he loves having the opportunity to build relationships and create wonderful, lasting projects that can be enjoyed by generations to come. 🏡

He takes great pride in the work our team is able to accomplish and especially enjoys being part of the growth happening throughout our community. Most of all, Jeremy says he loves the atmosphere we’ve created at NextPhase and the family dynamic he gets to be a part of.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending as much time as possible with his grandchildren and loves teaching, supporting, and watching his son pursue his passion for cross-country ATV riding.

Jeremy, thank you for being there from the start, for everything you bring to our team, and for helping make NextPhase the company and family that it is today.

We’re excited to introduce you to Branson Leonard, one of the familiar faces behind the work we do here at NextPhase! 👋

Branson joined our team shortly after we opened and has been an important part of our growth ever since. Today, he serves as our Property Management & Landscaping Supervisor, helping our clients keep their properties looking their absolute best.

One of Branson’s favorite parts of the job is getting out into the community and discovering new places and scenery throughout Monroe County. As someone who’s newer to the area, he’s especially enjoyed getting to know the community while doing what he loves.

“I love being able to work with our clients to make their spaces look nicer, and I take a lot of pride in what we’re able to accomplish for them.”

And when he’s not working? You’ll probably find Branson somewhere near the water with a fishing pole in hand! He enjoys bass, crappie, and catfish fishing at Cataract Lake and Lake Lemon.

We’re proud to have Branson on our team and grateful for the pride, hard work, and care he brings to every property and every client he works with.

Meet Chad Taylor! 👋

We’re excited to introduce you to Chad Taylor, our Field Operations & Sales team Manager who has been with Next Phase since the Beginning.

Chad isn’t just passionate about helping improve the community we call home—this truly is home for him. He grew up here, built his life here, and no matter where his travels take him, Bloomington will always be the place he comes back to.

One of the things Chad loves most about working with our team is the family atmosphere. As he puts it, “It’s literally like you’re working with family. No matter what we go through, we go through it together.”

When Chad isn’t out helping homeowners or serving our community, you can find him at Paragon Speedway, where he has the privilege of announcing the races every Saturday! 🏁

We’re proud to have Chad on our team and even prouder to have someone who cares so deeply about making our hometown a better place.
