The Farmington Crossing project is moving fast as our team tackles our scope of work for Brinkmann Constructors.

Right now, we’re in the heart of our portion of the project, transforming the site from raw ground into a prepared, build-ready foundation. From excavation and drilling and blasting, to crushing and utilizing shot rock on-site, every step is helping shape the next phase of construction.

Alongside the earthwork, our crews are working closely with Fred M. Luth & Sons installing critical storm and sanitary sewer utilities that will support the project long after our work is complete. It’s the kind of work that happens early, but impacts everything that follows.

Creating a solid foundation for what comes next is our specialty, and Farmington Crossing is another example of our team doing exactly that.

We're proud to be the earthwork and storm sewer contractor for the Farmington Crossing development — a new retail complex coming to Farmington, MO that will be anchored by Target and Academy Sports, with additional retail and restaurants rounding out the property.

Push-load. Haul. Spread. Compact. Repeat.

Our crew is currently maintaining their production while working on the pad where Target will sit, with Drilling & Blasting starting next week.
