It may look like this in the high country soon, but colder weather can arrive quickly in the mountains. Here's three things to consider before building in the high country:

Location: Steep, winding driveways can freeze quickly, while heavy rain can create drainage and erosion challenges. Great for ski days, not always so great for the morning commute.
