RFS Lawns And Landscapes is looking for motivated and eager Snow Shovelers and operators. This seasonal position will be a part of our snow removal team servicing our Blue Ash and Montgomery commercial customers.

Our ideal Snow Shovelers and operators would be energetic and reliable. Our crews start snow removal once the snow has stopped and typically run 8-10 hour shifts. We provide the necessary tools to get the job done. Join us and be part of a rewarding team that delivers superior landscape, hardscape , commercial grounds maintenance and snow removal services to our community.

We encourage employees to achieve their goals and grow with us! We take the time to seek opportunities to promote within for employees who exemplify our work ethic. Our Snow Shoveler position has the ability to advance into the season and join our landscaping/hardscaping crew and or our commercial maintenance crews.

We offer weekly payroll and promotions based on personal skill growth and experience.

Our Mission is to provide the best quality and customer service in our industry. Available positions include:
• CDL Salt Truck Driver $40-55 per hour
• Wheel Loader Operator $30-40 per hour
• Snow Shovelers $25-35 per hour

Additionally, our Landscape Division is looking for a motivated and highly experienced,

• Landscape/Hardscape Foreman $20- 35 per hour.

This role involves performing installations of paver patios, retaining walls, pool coping, outdoor living features, and basic landscaping. Experience with low-voltage lighting and irrigation is a plus.
