I was lucky enough to be given full creative license on this basement design. It was a blast to work on and it turned out to be a perfect entertaining space! An all new bar, with a live edge top, was added to create more seating area around the new built in TV. We pulled out all the old drop ceiling and replaced it with sheet rock and recessed lighting. Making the best out of the existing spaces, built-ins were added. All new in-wall/ceiling speakers, including a subwoofer behind the couch, were added for a complete surround sound experience. The stair treads are custom made to match the new LVT flooring.

It's been a little while since I've had a minute to share my recent projects with you. This is a basement that was just finished. On this one we changed out the drop ceiling, installed custom built in shelves and cabinets, LVP flooring with custom matching stair treads. and more. Stay tuned for more soon.

Pictures do not do this basement justice! On this project, we completely replaced the drop ceiling and lighting systems using updated grid, tiles, and recessed lighting. Windows were also updated with larger sliding units for more light. The wall leading up to the pole, in the before picture, was straightened and extend to create a larger wall space and now include a display shelf for trophies.

The poured epoxy flooring was a 5 day process that created a truly unique look. It's hard to see the depth and character from photos but it really is one of a kind.

This basement had taken on some water and needed remediation. The drywall was cut 16" from the floor in areas where damage had occurred. After new moisture resistant walls were patched, primed, and painted we installed new LVP flooring and matching custom formed treads to the steps. An existing wall was moved, and another straightened, to make room for the addition of new powder room behind a new pocket door.
