Musket seamless rain gutters, best time of year to get them done!

Subfloor rot repair completed with new vinyl flooring install, baseboards and new paint colors for walls and ceiling to complete the upgrade.

Felt good to be able to give back in some way to this beautiful community we live in. The Grange has been an integral part of Blue Lake since 1889 and we were all glad to be able to donate our time and some of the materials on fixing the rotted siding on the facade, add storm braces to protect and install new seamless rain gutters to the building. Thanks again to Jennifer and Kash, Schmidbauer Building Supply for donating materials, Mark Whitman of Blue Lake Iron Works for his master welding skills, our Gutter foreman Turtle Goodwater and the Emerald Custom Construction crew.

Shower stall remodel completed! A nice upgrade to porcelain tile, high GPM rain shower head with handheld system and wafer led light.

Finally completed storm damaged buildings. During the winter storms huge redwood tree limbs broke and came down onto 4 outbuildings causing major damage to the roofs and structures. We had to demolish all the damaged areas and rebuild from framing to finish. It was a tough project but it's finally completed.

Bathroom remodel completed. Removed old tub, tile and linoleum. Removed damaged subfloor. Installed new subfloor, tub and tiled!

Back stairs to garage finished. Old carpet removed and replaced with Doug Fir threads and risers!

Removed the old carpets and installed new Hickory laminate flooring throughout!
