Full-time opening for either a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager. The candidate we are seeking must have 5+ years of experience construction, preferably in masonry.

Employee will be involved in preparing estimates, preparing bids, selecting vendors, determining cost effectiveness, compiling submittals by reviewing plans, determining and/or gathering information for the project scope of work, attending periodic field and /or client meetings as well as all other aspects of construction management including but not limited to generating shop drawings and maintaining databases for tracking purposes.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University however experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects .
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
AutoCad experience required.
Primavera experience a plus but not mandatory.
Must have ability to read and comprehend project drawings and specifications.
Willingness to obtain necessary job certificaitons such as OSHA and scaffold user cards (to be paid for by company)
Strong communication skills

DMB Construction, Corp. is in search of a gunite / shotcrete nozzleman for full-time, long term position for current NYSDOT and NYCDOT contracts which are currently underway. Company will pay for necessary ACI certification and get you into the union (higher wages, benefits, pension etc). Perfect opportunity for someone familiar with gunite pools to branch out into a higher paying and more secure job position. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE as you will be field tested prior to hire.
