Customer purchased a 60 year old home. Not knowing where the septic tank was they wanted it located and pumped to start with. We found the septic tank 130’ from the house and recommended a back to back cleanout to be able and clean the line the full distance from the house to the septic tank and installed a 24” diameter risor after we pumped the septic tank. Risor was intentionally left outve the ground a couple feet as it’s in a horse pasture and don’t want to chance a horse falling through a lid. This 6” clay tile sewer line had been giving this customer a fit for awhile. Packed full of large roots. So we located the line. Installed a new 4” sch 40 sewer line with exterior cleanout to grade. Another contractor drove over a customers septic tank and collapsed the top. We installed a new 1000 gallon concrete septic tank with access to grade on all tank openings (No locating or digging for future maintenance). Old tank was pumped,crushed/filled,City Permit,Installation and Inspection included. We will also come

After 80+ years a customers galvanized line finally corroded to the point of a major leak. Customer now has a 3/4” copper line from the city main into the basement with a new ball valve. Took advantage of some nice December weather and replaced a 3/4” water service for a customer from the curb valve to inside the home. Utilities located,permitted and inspected by the city. Now they will have full volume and pressure aswell as no leaks just in time for Christmas and several years to come. Took advantage of some 47 degree December weather. Customer had purchased a home not knowing he was on a septic system. The top of his tank collapsed so we converted him to city sewer. After some gravel and a city inspection it will be ready to backfill and he should have years of trouble free service. If you need a sewer installed or replaced give us a call at 816.365.6054

Don’t let your outside hosebib freeze and break. A lot of times you can prevent this by simply disconnecting your garden hose (preferably drained and stored inside) and shutting off the water to your outside hosebib if you have a shutoff present. If by chance you do have a water line freeze or burst feel free to contact us at 816.365.6054 and we’ll try to get you up and running quickly as possible.
