I would like to recognize the PBJ Plumbing employee of the month…….Pauline Boulware!!!!!!!
 Pauline’s normal contribution to the company is enough to earn her this reward. If it isn’t turning wrenches, she does it. She organizes my time and resources. As tasks come up for the business needs all I need to do is let her know what they are and she makes sure I get them organized in. She makes sure I find time to study to make sure I always stay working on the next level of certification. She takes care of all the financial responsibility for the business and the home. She makes sure the business schedule and the home schedule stay coordinated so that I can effectively schedule business calls.
BUT, this month she went above and beyond. We had several heavy labor calls scheduled, and she was there for every one of them making trips to the store to pick up plumbing parts, grabbing tools and equipment from the van so that I could focus on getting the job done. She drove our F150 a great deal, which is something new for her and I’m so proud and she did so well! The hardest job of the month involved a great deal of excavation and while I was Jack hammering and digging and filling buckets, she was hauling buckets and hauling rock and loading them in the truck! Let’s hear it for Pauline Boulware Employee of the Month at PBJ Plumbing!!!!
