********SPECIAL********

We are having a Special Right Now on water line shut off valves!! The average home in the area has 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen. That’s 11 shut off valves!

We will install up to 12! That’s right! Up to 12 new shut off valves for $850!! Freshen up all those shut offs! Valves should be operated at least once every 6 months to ensure they open and close smoothly. Regular operation will also help prevent buildup of calcium and corrosion. Schedule now to get those shut offs replaced, working and ready to go!

Recently, we did a rebuild on an electric water heater by replacing both thermostats and both elements. Here is an example of about seven years calcification buildup on electric water heater elements. Regular yearly flushes of your water heater and whole house filtration can prevent this sediment buildup and increase the life of your elements and thermostats as well as components for your gas powered water heaters as well. If you have any questions about these or other plumbing issues or would like to schedule a free estimate, give us a call at 816-551-1581. Easy as PB&J!

I was out in the Chiefs kingdom today for an emergency clogged main line and I saw this awesome statue across the street!
Mr. Kingdom Magic made this in his front yard because he’s a chief super fan and I think it’s pretty cool!! Mr. Kingdom Magic let me know that he has content on YouTube for any other chief fans!
