If you’ve not noticed lately at your local Lowe’s or Home Depot there is a shortage of pressure treated lumber besides a few other items. This virus has Definitely put a burden on the builders & contractors. Also the cost of certain items have started the trend upward in cost. Hurricane season is at our back door watch n see how much OSB plywood goes up.

Check those gutters with all this rain and your sump pumps to prevent flooded basement and foundations damage from these storms. If you need any assistance or have concerns contact us !!!

Homeowners check those sump pumps make sure those areaway drains are clear of trash. Never forget those gutters as well. Don’t need any flooded basement or crawl spaces We do offer service and those areas if needed.
