🫣Not every story we share is a pretty one… but this is a real one.

Last week, one of our mowers accidentally kicked up a rock that broke a car window on a Purcellville client’s property.

Definitely not something we ever want to see happen—but in our line of work, it sometimes does.

What matters most is how it’s handled.

Here’s what we did right away:
• Documented everything in the account
• Reached out to the property owner to apologize
• Took full responsibility
• Hired a trusted contractor to replace the window as quickly as possible - in fact they were able to fix it the same day!

We believe transparency matters — not just when everything is going perfectly, but especially when it’s not. We always strive to handle such situations with honesty, care, and accountability.

🌿🚜 Future crew member in training! 🚜🌿

A while ago, one of our clients shared this photo of her little one "mowing" alongside our crew with a toy mower — and honestly, it still makes our day. 💚

Moments like this remind us that what we do is about more than just lawns. It’s about building relationships with families and earning the kind of trust that makes people happy to see our crews pull into the driveway each week.

Our guys work hard to be professional, friendly, and respectful on every property — and knowing even the youngest “helpers” are excited to see them show up means a lot. 😄
