We started this project Memorial Day despite the weather telling us it’s going to thunderstorm all week. 3 and a half days later we demoed and Elevated this front deck. We pulled all the mixed deck boards, installed new proper joist and raised the deck 2” to meet with the door. We are adding to this project by extending the sidewalk and adding a front step all the way across.

Made quick work on this deck demo, soon to be upgraded. Half a day on Memorial Day. Flag is flying up high to keep reminding us of the reason we have the freedom to work.

Backsplash is in at this home remodel. The colors match perfectly. Light gray grout with light gray cabinets and dark tile matching the accent wall dark paint.

From weathered and worn to fully restored! 😮 This deck was grayed out and showing its age and was brought “back to life”with a clean, even finish in Natural (Light Oak). This color adds warmth while letting the wood grain come through exactly how it should.

It’s all in the details. Sanded and routes edges, tight corners, countersunk screws, deck tape on all flat surfaces. These are the things everyone appreciates but often unknowingly overlooks. Take the time, get it right.
