We’re honored to work alongside the Town of Bluffton on the transformation of the New Riverside Barn, preserving the character of the original structure while introducing new spaces that reflect the community’s growth. From the modern functionality of the interior to a covered porch and formal courtyard, the venue is designed for gatherings of all kinds—from weddings and reunions to concerts and civic events.

Originally designed for a champion greyhound breeder, this estate was crafted around the unique needs of its first owner—a private residence with intentional spaces for people and pets. Timeless architectural forms, contemporary interiors, and expansive glass walls frame the surrounding oak-covered landscape, creating a quiet, light-filled retreat.

When the property changed hands, we returned to adapt the home for its next chapter—transforming former kennels into intimate shared spaces.

A testament to thoughtful design, the home remains rooted in its original character while continuing to evolve with the people who call it home.
