In Palmetto Bluff, this residence in The Point makes a big impression despite its relatively tight lot. Dueling carriage houses frame the motor court and front entry, with one housing a carriage house suite and the other serving as an art studio.

Haint blue porch ceilings and shutters, mitered lap siding, and warm herringbone brick porches bring Lowcountry character to the exterior. Inside, color, pattern, texture, and custom details shift from room to room, giving each space its own personality. A large screened porch at the rear opens to expansive views of the May River.
