When the couple envisioned a space that embraced the warmth of Hilton Head while honoring their northern roots, our design team set out to create a room built for gathering.

Their great room in Berkeley Hall does more than connect the kitchen, living, and dining areas — it connects people, memories, and moments. The result? A design where every beam, stone, and window reflects the art of living beautifully.
Designing for Connection
The layout was crafted with togetherness in mind. Expansive windows invite the sunlight in from both sides, while 10-foot sliding glass doors lead seamlessly to a backyard patio drenched in southern light.

Inside, the dining table — handmade from reclaimed Jim Beam rickhouse wood — becomes the heart of the home.
