Sometimes the sweetest moments are the ones we didn’t plan. 💜🌼

Last night’s last-minute photo session turned into a little mini Bloom Academy class with some truly awesome kids! I was so thankful I still had a few class sheets left over because these little gardeners were ready to learn, color, explore and have some fun in the garden. 🪱🖍️🌱

This is exactly what I hope Bamma’s Backyard Blooms will always be—a place where families can make beautiful memories and children can discover just how wonderful God’s creation really is.

What a sweet surprise and such a fun evening! 💜😊

Today’s post looks a little different because I’m off-site helping my grandson host a fun day with a friend. 💜

Just a sweet reminder that living a full life means doing lots of different things. Some days are for working in the garden, some are for chasing dreams, and some are simply for making memories with the people we love.

Not every pretty or beautiful thing we grow is planted in the ground. Sometimes we’re growing friendships, strengthening family bonds, and creating moments that will be remembered for years to come.

Today, that is exactly the kind of growing I’m doing—and my heart is full. 😊

What a wonderfully wiggly Wednesday at Bamma’s Bloom Academy! 🪱🌱💜

Today our little gardeners dug into the world beneath our feet as we learned all about roots and worms!

We also checked on our shared class garden, watered our growing plants and admired all the little sprouts beginning to appear. Seeing the garden they planted coming to life is so exciting!

Mrs. Brittany couldn’t join us today, and we certainly missed her helping hands and professional photography! Thankfully, our wonderful parents stepped in to help, and my grandson Miles jumped right in to make sure we captured pictures of some of our special memories. I’m so grateful for everyone who helped make the day extra special!

Today’s class was completely full, and my heart is overflowing. Thank you to every parent and grandparent who brings these precious children and trusts me to help plant seeds of curiosity, confidence and a love for God’s beautiful creation.

Next week, bring on the BUGS! 🐞🐛🦋

It’s Tuesday—and Tuesdays around here feel a little like Christmas Eve! Except instead of waiting for Santa, I can hardly wait for all our little gardeners to arrive in the morning! ❣️🌱

A lot has been happening behind the scenes, and some exciting plans have been made! We are already heading into Week Three of our Little Bloom Academy, and we are growing more each week. This week’s class is officially SOLD OUT! 🎉

There is still some availability in our remaining classes, so hurry and reserve your little gardener’s spot!

I’m also excited to announce two special weekend classes for our older gardeners, ages 7–12! 🐞🌸 These classes are designed with children ages 7–12 in mind, but ages are flexible depending on your child’s interests and readiness. One will be a hands-on Bug Lab, and the other will be a fun, creative garden workshop. More details are coming very soon, but space will be limited!

As always, I would love to hear from you. If there is a class topic your child would enjoy—or a day or time that works better for your family—please let me know! Bamma’s Bloom Academy is growing, and I want it to be a place where children can learn, create, explore and make wonderful garden memories together. 💜

Happy Sunday, Flower Family! 💜🌸

Sometimes I look around this little garden and think, “Lord, thank You for letting me do this.”

What a blessing to welcome these precious littles into the garden—to watch them discover a tiny sprout, get excited about a butterfly, and learn that something they planted is growing. 🌱🦋

When I first felt God nudging me in this direction, I was excited, but I was nervous, too. Would I know enough? Could I make it fun? Would anyone come?

Sometimes the next step God calls us to take feels bigger than what we feel equipped to do. I’m learning that I can pray, prepare, and take that step without having every detail figured out.

And now here I am, getting to help little hands plant seeds and little hearts find joy in God’s creation. I came ready to teach them, but they are teaching me plenty, too. 💜

My prayer this week is that we notice the blessings right in front of us—and have the courage to take the next faithful step, even with a few butterflies in our stomachs.

Thank you for being part of this little garden dream. Thank you to good friends for encouragement and support. My heart is very grateful.

🌸 Yesterday was another wonderful day at Bamma’s Bloom Academy! 🌸

Our little gardeners learned what flowers need to grow, spotted several different pollinators, and watched as the butterflies put on quite a show for us! 🦋🐝🌱

New friendships were made, a cool craft was created, and we enjoyed a snack together. But I think the rope swing may have been one of the biggest hits of the day! 😊

Fair warning—there may be a little picture overload, but these sweet moments are simply too precious not to share! 💜

We have four classes remaining, and the classes are already about halfway full. If you know someone with a preschooler who would enjoy learning, exploring, and making wonderful garden memories, please share this post with them!
