Back at it for day 3 of my 7 day challenge to get 1%better everyday. Tony Robins highlights Money Power Principle 3: Cut your mortgage payments in half! Before I truly understood finances I thought you had to actually double your mortgage payments in order to shave off some of that 30 year mortgage. Just paying next month’s principal in advance is enough to make significant changes. Much greater than 1% savings. Be great today in whatever you pursue!

My daughter Dre'Ana Elliott (who’s graduating high school next week) asked me where got my hoodie from and I told her I got it from my school Earn Your Leisure University!!!! She was slightly confused because she’d never heard of EYL University, but immediately recognized I’ve been attending class in the evenings working toward the Elliott family legacy. She starts school at my Alma Mater Youngstown State University in the fall. I’m praying she double majors and becomes the newest member of EYLU! I’m so proud of you Poodie 😘
