Recently, we had the honor of celebrating an incredible legacy! 🎉 We gathered for a special retirement lunch for Willie Walker, Sr. after an amazing 60 years as a Superintendent with Gerrits Construction. He was joined by his wife, son, daughter, and grandson—making the occasion even more meaningful as we celebrated alongside those closest to him.

Willie’s dedication, leadership, and craftsmanship have helped shape not only countless projects, but the very foundation of our company. His impact goes far beyond the jobsite—he’s been a mentor, a leader, and a true example of what pride in your work looks like.

Thank you, Willie, for six decades of hard work, loyalty, and excellence. You will always be part of the Gerrits family. Wishing you a well-deserved retirement filled with relaxation, joy, and new adventures! 👏

🏗️ Project Update – Boynton Beach, FL

Progress is well underway on our newest two-story medical office building in Boynton Beach! Situated on a 1.5-acre site, this ground-up shell building is designed to accommodate future medical and professional office tenants.

The building features an elevator and two enclosed stairways, providing convenient access and functionality for future occupants. Our team is also completing the full site development, including surface parking, site lighting, and a dumpster enclosure to support the property’s long-term operations.

We’re excited to see this project continue to take shape and look forward to delivering another high-quality space that will serve the Boynton Beach community.

📍Exciting progress at our VA Clinic project in Sebring, FL! 🚧

This new state-of-the-art facility will soon open its doors to provide Primary Care and Mental Health Services for our veterans. With a team of approximately 35 dedicated staff, the clinic is designed to ensure quality care and support for those who’ve served. 🔴⚪🔵

The new location is over 50% larger than the current site offering a more spacious, welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Stay tuned as we continue building a place where our veterans can receive the care they deserve!

Our team loved being a part of this event that attracted 900+ attendees and a record number of General Contractors across 3 ballrooms!
