đ¨ The real estate market isnât the ceiling. You might be.
I heard a statistic from Ricky Carruth that stopped me in my tracks:
5% of real estate agents are earning 50% of the commissions.
15% are earning 99%.
That means 85% of agents are competing for the remaining 1%.
So maybe the question isn't, âWhy is the real estate market so hard?â
Maybe the better question is:
What are the top-performing real estate agents doing differently?
They aren't waiting for the market to go back to the way it was.
Theyâre taking ownership of the market they're in.
Theyâre learning.
Theyâre adapting.
Theyâre improving their skills.
And most importantly, theyâre consistently staying in conversation with people.
The gap in the real estate industry is growingâbut I don't believe it's simply about talent.
I believe it's about consistency, discipline, relationships, and what you're willing to do repeatedly to become exceptional.
Because your next level isn't determined by the market.
It's determined by the level of real estate agent you're willing to become.
Stop asking, âWhere will my next transaction come from?â
Start asking:
âWhat am I building today that Iâll still own 10 years from now?â
Your database.
Your relationships.
Your reputation.
Your skills.
Your business.
Thatâs where the real opportunity is. đ
