Valhalla Fire Hazard Reduction — Havilah / Borel Fire Area
Valhalla Fire Hazard Reduction is currently available to support USDA / NRCS contract holders needing tree and brush treatment capacity in the Havilah area impacted by the Borel Fire.
We are a local Kern River Valley operator with experience working in steep terrain, post-fire environments, and WUI conditions. Our focus is on fuels reduction, defensible space, and vegetation management that aligns with NRCS conservation objectives and post-fire recovery needs.
Services available for subcontract or direct fulfillment support include:
Hand crew tree and brush removal
Ladder fuel reduction and thinning
Defensible space and structure protection work
Treatment of fire-damaged and hazard trees
Access-constrained and slope-limited areas
Cleanup and material disposition per project specs
We understand the importance of scope compliance, documentation, and timelines on NRCS-funded projects and are equipped to integrate into existing contracts where additional local capacity is needed.
