We handled all the dirt work to prep the area and poured a new slab to give them a solid foundation for their addition. We also installed a handicap accessible ramp at the front to improve access for all customers.

We wrapped up a project this week, and it turned out great. The homeowners were extremely happy with the results — and that’s what we aim for every time.

We poured new concrete slabs in the backyard that will soon have slate tile installed. We also added a clean, functional parking area in front of the garage, installed a border for a future brick border around a flower bed, and created a solid center section that will serve as a base for brickwork.

From the ground up, this project was built to last.

We started by removing the topsoil and preparing a strong foundation to build on. From there, we poured the slab, making sure everything was level, secure, and ready for years of use.

After the structure was in place, it was time to tackle the driveway. We removed the old, worn-out sections and replaced them with a brand-new concrete driveway that not only looks great but will stand the test of time. The transformation was dramatic — both in appearance and durability.

Along the way, we were treated to some beautiful sunrises that reminded us why we love what we do. Watching a project come together step by step and knowing it will serve our customer for years to come is what makes the hard work worthwhile.

Last week in Bogalusa, we filled in an old pool for a homeowner who decided it was time to move on from the upkeep. As she’s gotten older, the pool wasn’t being used and had become more of a burden than a benefit. Instead of continuing to pour money into maintenance, she chose to have it removed for good.

Old pools can quickly become a problem, attracting mosquitoes, snakes, and frogs if not maintained. By filling it in, we helped eliminate those risks and gave her a safer, lower-maintenance yard.

Starting with just a rough sketch and an idea from the customer, we poured two beautiful concrete porches tailored to their vision. We also installed pre-made 3’ x 3’ stepping stones and carefully filled in between them with limestone to create a seamless, polished look. The finished project not only enhances curb appeal but provides functional, attractive outdoor living space.

The customer was extremely happy with the quality and attention to detail.
