Working with builders, real estate agents, and other home-service professionals means I get to see a lot of incredible houses around Athens.
These are three of my favorite properties currently on the market—and interestingly enough, every one of them is listed at **$1,995,000**.
First is **1350 Allgood Road**, listed by Ryan Blue with Orbit Real Estate Partners.
This is the largest of the three, offering more than 7,000 square feet, six bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and five private acres. The reclaimed-brick details, hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and Thermador kitchen give it the feel of a true estate without putting you too far outside Athens.
Next is **1355 Allgood Road**, listed by Cameron and Candice Treadway with Five Market Realty.
Built in 2018, this home has more than 6,600 square feet, five bedrooms, and five-and-a-half bathrooms. The backyard is what really sets it apart, with a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. It also has hardwood flooring made from century-old trees harvested from Sea Island.
Finally, there’s **7 and 18 Main Street in Watkinsville**, listed by Jennifer Westmoreland with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty.
This one is completely different from the other two. The property includes two tracts totaling nearly three acres, a historic residence dating back to 1840, multiple outbuildings, a pool, and an additional undeveloped parcel. It could remain a one-of-a-kind private residence or potentially become offices, retail space, a boutique inn, or a larger mixed-use project.
Three very different properties, all listed at the exact same price.
