A look back at July on the Henry Street project! đź‘·

The project continued to take shape last month as crews made progress toward another major milestone. With the bridge portion of the job nearing completion, causeway removal is expected to begin in early September.

Henry Street remains on track for completion in December 2026, and we’re looking forward to sharing what’s next!

On Saturday, October 3, Beaty Construction and C-Tech will once again come together as Team in support of our own Megan Beaty and all those whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer.

This cause is incredibly meaningful to our companies, and we’re excited to take an even bigger role in this year’s walk. Susan G. Komen’s work helps fund groundbreaking breast cancer research while providing critical resources and support to patients and families when they need it most.

We’d love to have our employees, families, friends, and community walking alongside us in downtown Indianapolis. Join Team to walk with us or make a donation to support our team’s fundraising goal.

Making progress on SR 46! 🚧 Last week, Beaty Construction crews completed the bridge deck pour over the Whitewater River in Dearborn County.

This pour marks an exciting milestone for the project as work continues to move forward. Great work by everyone involved in making it happen!

Happy National Intern Day! 🎓✨

To wrap up our Summer Intern Spotlight series, we are thrilled to feature Ashlyn Smith as she wraps up a fantastic summer with us!

Ashlyn is studying Construction Management Technology at Purdue University and comes to us from Hagerstown, IN. Outside of the field, she’s part of a dance club at Purdue, loves crafting, and enjoys hanging out with friends.

With an interest in roadwork and a goal to expand her civil experience beyond asphalt, Ashlyn spent her summer out in the field on our Bridge Ave. and Richmond Ave. projects in Richmond, as well as the US-35 project right in her hometown!

Throughout her time with us, Ashlyn wanted to gain hands-on field experience, learn the day-to-day operations, and build confidence in bridge construction terminology- and she did just that.

Thank you, Ashlyn, for all your hard work and dedication this summer. We wish you the best of luck as you head back to Purdue!
