🧱 Everything is awesome when you’re part of a team!

On Thursday, our team traded hard hats for can stacking and built a LEGO-inspired creation for Cantastic Creations at the Boise Towne Square Mall. Every can used in this build will be donated to help support our neighbors facing food insecurity through the The Idaho Foodbank 💚

Building a hunger-free community takes creativity, teamwork, and a lot of cans. We’re proud to be part of an event that turns a little friendly competition into a big impact.

A look at the recently completed a 6,500 SF fifth-floor tenant improvement inside the KeyBank Capitol Center, transforming an existing office space while maintaining seamless operations within an active multi-story building.

With limited frontage and no dedicated laydown space, our teams carefully phased deliveries and staging through adjacent alleyways while coordinating with building management, neighboring tenants, and the City of Boise to keep the building fully operational.

A standout element of the project included a stairwell infill between the first and second floors, where a 25-foot steel staircase was removed in a single piece and replaced with a structural concrete infill — all within a two-day window. Work was scheduled during early morning and evening hours to minimize disruption to tenants.

Another example of the planning, coordination, and craftsmanship required to deliver complex renovations in active downtown environments.

This month marks Marlyssa’s anniversary with HC Company -a milestone that truly deserves recognition.

Marlyssa’s journey is a genuine HC success story. Through drive, initiative, and a deep commitment to the team, Marlyssa progressed from her early role at the front desk to Contracts Administrator, and today serves as a seasoned Assistant Project Manager.

Known for her organization, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Marlyssa keeps projects and people moving forward. She has built strong relationships with our subcontractor partners, has a knack for understanding what people need, and consistently brings both clarity and positivity to the work around her. Over the years, she has not only grown with the company, but it.
