Just finished our 2nd New Build for some great customers Gordon & Cindy Martin!!
Dug on August 3rd, 2021 and issued Certificate of Occupancy on November 17th, 2021.. just over 70 working days!!!
Custom build on 1.02 acres, 1655 SQ. FT. 3 BED 2 BATH, 768 sq. ft. DEEP 3 car garage and over 400 sq. ft. of covered patios.

2020 Martin New Build: This was a fun build, we got to name a road, developed the land and built a beautiful 1,638 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath, 3 car garage house for our awesome customers. Thank you Gordon and Cindy Martin for this amazing opportunity. Dug August 5th and C of O issued November 5th; 66 working days to complete.

Fully updated master bathroom! Heated tile floors, walk-in tile shower with new pull bars, new tile surround for garden tub, painted cabinets and antique hutch, new backslash, new style of mirror, all new plumbing fixtures and comfort height toilet..!

Jan Reimer you were awesome to work with!!! We manged to stay on schedule in March even when the pandemic hit...

Full master bathroom remodel for a great customer Karen Coombs. This was a newly built house that had major water damage due to poor installation/design of the master shower and tub wall. This is now a custom bathroom that will last a lifetime; and it is just beautiful!!!

With homes being built so fast right now, make sure to keep and eye on anything that has to do with water to avoid major repairs in the future.
