Ground has officially broken on an important new facility for Idaho State Police. Anticipated to be complete by early 2028, the 20,000-square-foot ISP Forensic Services Laboratory will create purpose-built space for DNA analysis, latent print examination, digital forensics and ballistic evidence work, helping our state’s investigatory experts respond to growing needs and advancing technology.

One message came through clearly at the groundbreaking: the teams moving into this building are already making meaningful strides in solving cold cases. This new space and the advanced technology it will support will expand their capacity to generate investigative leads and help bring long-awaited answers to more Idaho families.

This facility is the first phase of a larger planned laboratory expansion at ISP’s Meridian campus. We’re proud to lead the project team alongside SmithGroup and Hoffman Construction Company, and grateful to Idaho State Police and Idaho Division of Public Works for the trust placed in our team.

More to come on this one as construction progresses!

Reveal the art. 🎨
Treefort starts today!

Lombard/Conrad is proud to return as a sponsor of this year’s .

Supporting artists and creative expression is a core part of how our firm gives back. We believe in the power of art, how it adds beauty to everyday spaces and creates shared experiences that strengthen community. That’s why our sponsorship centers on Artfort, a living gallery woven throughout downtown Boise. From large-scale installations and interactive experiences to window murals and gallery displays, Artfort celebrates it all.

Whether you’ve got a wristband or not, take a stroll downtown this weekend and experience it. Most Artfort events are free and open to the public.

Fun fact: Our own helped paint the window mural featured in the last video.

Take an in‑depth look at the new Caldwell Health Plaza!

This building isn’t just a place to receive care, it’s a place that brings care closer to home for families across Caldwell and Canyon County. And in a region with significantly fewer primary care physicians per capita than many parts of the state, this kind of access matters.

From everyday healthcare needs like urgent care and family medicine to specialties like cardiology, orthopedics, and OB/GYN, this space was designed around people, not just programs. What drove the design? Thoughtful collaboration at every step. We worked closely with Saint Alphonsus and the entire design team to create an environment that genuinely enhances the patient and provider experience today and supports growth for tomorrow.

A huge thank you to all of our partners who made the design and construction of this project possible:

Years in the works. Passion. Innovation. GROUNDBREAKING!

Ground has official been broken for the ESI Construction Management Building. Faculty, alumni, students, donors, industry partners, and an all-female design team have been collaborating since 2021 to raise the funds to make this facility a reality. The first mass timber building on campus, this learning environment will serve construction management students for decades to come.

Stay tuned for more details and updates as construction progresses!
