Get to know our team!

Wesley grew up in Spokane, Washington where he also earned his Civil Engineering degree from Gonzaga University. His connection to engineering goes beyond day‑to‑day practice — for several years, he’s also served as an adjunct faculty member at Gonzaga, working with students in their senior design program and supporting the transition from classroom to profession.

Wesley’s favorite structure is the Golden Gate Bridge, a structure he’s gotten the chance to study in one of his past projects. Outside of work, Wesley enjoys being outdoors camping, fishing, snowboarding, and most of all, spending time with his family. We’re excited to have him on the KPFF team and grateful for the perspective he brings!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate 20 years of KPFF in the Mountain West! We loved sharing the occasion with so many of the clients, partners, and friends who have been part of this journey alongside us over the years.

Creating positive impact in our communities goes beyond the projects we work on — it’s also reflected in how we show up and give back. As part of the celebration, we were grateful for the opportunity to support families here in the Treasure Valley by collecting donations for the Idaho Foodbank.

As we reflect on the past 20 years, we’re grateful for your partnership and excited to build what’s next — together.

The pedal-powered competition hit an all-time high at yesterday's River Quarry Road-eo!

As part of May in Motion, KPFF and HDR teamed up to host a fun afternoon focused on alternative transportation, friendly competition, and connecting with Boise’s cycling community.

A big thank you to Boise Bicycle Project and Valley Regional Transit for coming out to share resources, tips, and opportunities for getting involved in green commuting across the Treasure Valley. We appreciate the work you do to make biking and transit more accessible in our community!

Here’s to finding new ways to move through our city and having fun while we do it.

Where cutting-edge engineering meets spaces for healing

In May 2007, the UC Regents approved a plan to build an inpatient tower in La Jolla. Upon completion, the UCSD Jacobs Medical Center included over 200 patient beds supporting advanced surgical, cancer, and neonatal care. Designed with a garden-based, low-carbon footprint, the 12-story, 509,500-sf hospital was completed in 2018 and is the first ground-up hospital to use Performance-Based Seismic Design.

We're proud to continue contributing to innovative healthcare projects today, providing resilient spaces that support world-class care.

From the beginning, KPFF has fostered an entrepreneurial spirit, empowering people to pursue their passions and build a “business within the business.” That mindset is part of what it means to Engineer Opportunities for our people.
