Falcons Landing Phase 2 was just issued its Certificate of Occupancy 45 days ahead of schedule! That means 30 more apartments are available in Mountain Home with the first occupants able to move in mid-April.

Today, Falcons Landing is a 136-unit master-planned community in Mountain Home, ID that includes:
• 60 apartments built for Mountain Home residents (Phase 1)
• 30 more apartments coming online now (Phase 2)
• 8 townhomes built and sold thanks to the LEAP Housing Trust
