Another great example of modular construction helping move affordable housing forward.

Distel Circle in Los Altos combines a mass timber ground floor with four stories of modular residential units built by Guerdon. The 90-unit development is now expected to be completed THREE MONTHS AHEAD of schedule.

Friday marked TWO MAJOR MILESTONES for Ventura Family Apartments, a 54-unit infill community that will provide affordable housing for low-income farm-working families in the City of Fresno.

MILESTONE 1 - in FRESNO, CA: City leaders gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking, officially kicking off site construction.

MILESTONE 2 - in BOISE, ID: More than 700 miles north at Guerdon's factory, construction began on the project's prototype unit—a crucial step toward full factory production, which is set to begin in just a few weeks.

Both the site and factory moving forward on parallel paths slashes timelines and helps keep the project on track for a Fall 2027 occupancy.
