It’s swarmer season!
During this time of year, you may begin noticing flying ants or termite swarmers around your home or business.

While swarmers are a normal part of these insects' reproductive cycle, they can also be an early warning sign of a nearby infestation.
Termites, in particular, can cause significant structural damage if left untreated.

Here are a few things to watch for:
• Flying insects around windows, doors, or lights
• Discarded wings on floors or window sills
• Mud tubes along exterior walls or foundations
• Wood damage or hollow-sounding wood

I am always here to help identify the difference between ants and termites and provide the proper treatment if needed.
Early detection is one of the best ways to protect your property and avoid costly repairs.
