I'm busy everyday, that does not mean i can't get what you need done. I work short term rentals as well as absent home owners, and also home owners that live here. Some I have to work a window of time or last minute but I schedule accordingly. Let me know what you need done its as easy as a phone call, if its something i don't do I will be honest and pass along a reputable local contractor to take care of you. Emergencies happen as well so don't be afraid to call, I live here and will make sure you are well taken care of. I'll show up and show out everyday 👍
Don't forget I do lockouts home and vehicle, hot tub/pool emergency maintenance, as well as major appliance repair like Ice machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, washer and dryers. Golf cart repair and engine work, oil changes, Lift repair as well as elevators, nothing is too complicated I promise, just call me I'll be there!
