Clearing project we’ve been on and off over the last little bit.

Forgot to take before pictures but cleared and burned roughly 4 acres of trees and brush. Hauled off 20 loads of concrete debris. (Guess it was an old dump site). Got the field area brush hogged. Spent a couple days in the dozer just dressing everything up! Lot of work but very pleased with end result.

Battled through several heavy rains and spring time weather to get power to a new construction project.
🔸Over 1300 of Southwest electric trench dug.
🔸900 feet of wooded easement cleared for install
🔸500 feet of rock broken to reach required depth
🔸3 transformer pads

Started on the basement dig last month to build a shop pad with the good spoils from the basement.
Came back last week and finished getting the basement to depth and on grade.

Have a had a busy winter and need to catch up. Basement backfill from last month we did. This basement is 15’ from floor to top, and took over 200 tons of gravel to get it backfilled!
We also got a couple of 8’ retaining walls built while we were there. This house is ready for framing to start!

2000’ long driveway we put in a couple weeks ago, built a ramp down into the property off of the highway, cleared the woods from highway to home site, stripped off all organics, shaped the subgrade to drain, and hauled over 400 tons of gravel to give it a good base!
Knocked this out in less than a weeks time and now the homeowner’s have access to their future homesite!
