Saltbox Update – As Requested

The saltbox project in East Lyme is clipping along nicely. Builder is buttoned up outside with painters to follow. Subs will be wrapping up utilities soon enough so drywall can be completed and then it’s on to the finish carpentry. These guys rock!

This new rear winder stair for our ell addition will be in a 12’ bay rather than a typical 10’ bay. With the extra space it was decided to take two steps from the standard lower flight and add them to the upper flight in order to increase floor space in the pantry area.

Let’s talk about your dream floor plan!

When you know you got it right!

Although we’re celebrating our 20th year, we began planning our business of pre-engineered home kits 10 years beforehand! Our home designs are flexible, allowing clients to customize according to their needs and budget. Yet, even with all the flexibility we offer, clients tend to repeat the floor plan of our model home over and over and over again. I guess the 10 years of planning were well spent!
