We’re renovating/restoring the out side of the old Montgomery county courthouse in clarksville, TN. The building was originally built in the 1800’s the renovated after the 1999 tornados. We’re mainly restoring more brickwork that seems to be leaking and replacing some roofing.

Here is a project we just finished up. It is a 25,000 sq ft renovation we converted the old Jenkins and Wynne dealership to the new APSU Bookstore on 4th and College Street in Clarksville. It has a Starbucks coffe shop in it as well. The preconstruction photos are in the previous post. Mark Allen our Superintedent did a good job running it. Lots of moving parts to this project. Thanks to all of our subcontractors for doing a great job on this one.

This is another project we completed in August of 2019. It is an 18,000 sq ft addition and roughly 4,000 sq ft renovation to Scales elementary school in Brentwood. This was a very challenging project at times. Our superintendent Mark Allen helped it get through some of the toughest obstacles.
